Happy Tuesday friends! I hope you guys are having a great start to your week. Things have been a little slow on the blog the past few weeks because I am working hard to finish a certification that will enable me to work from home. If you’re curious as to what I’m doing ask in the comments below. I’d love to share. Also, coming in February I’ll be doing some new things with Messes & Memories. I am so excited about the direction this blog is taking and what 2017 has in store. So, hang in there with me so you don’t miss out!
So, while I’m working hard to finish school and make Messes & Memories a place you love I am also running kids to and from school, dance recitals, basketball practice and everything it takes to manage home and be a momma to my beautiful babies. I’m in love with this picture from the girls’ dance recital this weekend.
I know many of you have just as much going on and much more so I wanted to pass along another one of my favorite go to recipes. Like many of the recipes I’ve already shared, this is a crockpot recipe that is super easy to throw together in a rush. It literally takes only a few minutes to prepare so it’s possible to get it started before you leave for work in the morning. It’s so nice to come home after a long day to dinner already finished.
Step 1: Add everything except rice and cheese.
Step 2: Shred Chicken 20 minutes or so before eating.
Step 3: Cook Rice.
Step 4. Top Rice with Chicken Mix and Cheese.
SO GOOD AND SO EASY! This recipe is a must to add to your week night menu and below is the link to the full recipe.
Have a great week guys!
